Subscription Terms

Last update: October 29, 2025

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These terms and conditions specify the conditions applicable to the subscription of services offered by the site. https://envoi-reco.com (hereinafter the "Site"), operated by an Irish company Maxaco Limited, 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford, Dubin D18 CV48, registration number 801621.

They apply to all users wishing to access mail services (simple, tracked or registered), whether for one-off use (unitary formula) or subscription to the monthly offer.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBSCRIPTION

Users can choose between two formulas:

Unit offer

This offer allows you to send simple, tracked or registered mail at a fixed rate of €9 (incl. VAT) per item, without having to create an account. The process can be accessed directly from the home page.

Subscription offer

The monthly subscription, billed at €49 incl. VAT per month, gives access to a fixed quota of mailings:

  • 20 single items (maximum 20 pages per item)
  • 15 tracked shipments (maximum 10 pages per shipment)
  • 10 registered items (maximum 5 pages per item)

Subscriptions can be taken out from the Site home page, by choosing the type of letter first, or via the login page. Subscription gives access to the customer area, from which customers can manage their mailings and contact list, consult their history, download receipts and modify their information.

3. TRIAL PERIOD

Each new subscription entitles the subscriber to a free trial period of forty-eight (48) hours from the date of activation. During this period, the user can benefit from all the features associated with the subscription, with a preferential rate per item starting at 1.29 € incl. VAT, depending on the type of mail. No sampling is carried out during the trial period.

At the end of these 48 hours, and unless cancelled before this deadline, the subscription is automatically activated and billed at the standard rate of €49 incl. VAT per month. The user is informed of this automatic renewal at the time of the initial subscription.

4. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

Payments are made exclusively by credit card via a secure service provider. No payment data is stored on the Site's servers. An invoice is generated automatically after each transaction and remains available in the customer area. In the event of payment refusal or transaction failure, no service is performed.

Monthly subscription renewals are debited automatically, unless previously cancelled. The user is responsible for ensuring the validity of his or her means of payment.

5. TERMINATION AND RENEWAL

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, free of charge, by the user from the customer area or the Site home page. Cancellation takes effect immediately, with no possibility of postponement or pro rata reimbursement of unused shipments.

It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if he/she does not wish to be billed for the following month. No cancellation penalty is applied, regardless of the date of the request.

6. CLAIMS

The customer may submit any complaint relating to the subscription, the trial period or the operation of the offers to the following address: relation-client@envoi-reco.com. A return will be sent within a reasonable time, at the latest within forty-eight (48) working hours, by e-mail.

7. Refunds

In the event of an error attributable to the Site in the processing of the order (e.g. printing failure, technical breakdown preventing shipment), a total or partial refund may be granted after individual analysis of the case by customer service. This reimbursement will take the form of a re-credit of the original means of payment.

No reimbursement will be made when the defect is attributable to a customer input error (address, file format, type of mail, etc.) or to an incident that is exclusively the responsibility of the postal service.

8. Limitations

It is expressly reminded that the services offered by the Site are limited to postal shipments to France. Processing times are ensured by the Site (within the limits of the times announced on the order page), but delivery is then carried out by La Poste, whose times cannot be guaranteed. The Site cannot be held responsible for delays or losses occurring after the mail has been delivered to the carrier, except in the case of a proven fault in the transmission of the order to the postal service.
