What is the operation of sending mail via Envoi-reco?
With Envoi-reco, sending a letter becomes simple and fast.
Write your letter (manually, with the AI assistant, or by importing a file), enter the addresses, choose the shipping method, and confirm. We then take care of the rest: printing, enveloping, and postal dispatch.
What is the difference between a followed letter and a recommended letter?
The followed letter allows you to know in real time the journey of your mail thanks to a tracking number. It confirms the distribution, but does not require the recipient's signature.
The recommended letter, on the other hand, offers a proof of dispatch and a proof of distribution. It can also be sent with an acknowledgment of receipt (AR), which provides additional guarantee in case of important procedures (cancellation, dispute, administrative…).
What is the reception delay of a recommended letter?
In general, a registered letter is delivered within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the destination and postal delays.
Can I send a letter from abroad?
No. For the moment, Envoi Reco only allows sending mail to and from mainland France. Sending mail from abroad is not yet available.
What letter options are available?
You can choose from several options to suit your needs:
- Registered letter: with proof of posting and delivery against signature.
- Tracked letter: with online tracking, no signature required.
- Green letter: more environmentally friendly, delivered within 2 working days, without tracking.
For what needs is the recommended letter the most suitable?
Registered mail is ideal for all your communications requiring official proof of dispatch and receipt, including:

Does the digital acknowledgment have legal value?
Yes. The digital acknowledgment has the same legal value as a paper acknowledgment. It serves as proof that the recipient has received the letter at a specific date, which is essential for many administrative or contractual procedures.
How to get a receipt after my shipment?
After each shipment, your invoice is automatically generated. You can download it directly from your personal space. If needed, our support can also send it to you on simple request.
