The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the 'GTCS') govern the contractual relationship between any user (hereinafter the 'Customer') and the company incorporated under Irish law which owns and publishes the site accessible at the address https://envoi-reco.com (hereinafter the 'Site').
The Site is a digital platform for sending letters (simple, tracked or registered) in mainland France. It offers assisted drafting, file import and mail tracking tools.
The Customer acknowledges that he has read these GTC before placing any order or subscription, and that he accepts them unreservedly.
The GCS apply exclusively to the services offered on the Site, intended for consumers and professionals established in France. They are written in French and are available in English for information purposes only.
For the purposes of these GTS, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to set out the legal, contractual and financial conditions applicable between the Service Provider and the Customer in connection with the provision of the Services offered via the Site.
They govern all stages of the contractual relationship, from browsing the Site to the execution of services, including ordering, payment, delivery, dispute management and any termination.
These GTS constitute the complete contractual framework applicable between the Parties. Any derogation or specific condition must be expressly agreed to in writing by the Service Provider.
This contract is governed by Irish law. The Parties expressly agree that any dispute not amicably resolved shall be brought before the competent Irish courts.
The Site allows users to send letters in mainland France in the following formats:
Mail is prepared, printed, enveloped, stamped and deposited with the postal services, within the deadlines specified in the "Delivery" article.

The customer can choose between two order formulas:
The subscription to the subscription is preceded by a trial offer of 48 hours, accessible from 1.29 €, the trial period price may vary according to the type of first shipment, allowing the Client to test some services before engagement.
Unless terminated by the customer, the subscription is automatically renewed for successive one-month periods.
The customer may unsubscribe at any time from the customer area or the Site home page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and puts an end to direct debits for future periods.
The ordering process can be carried out via several user paths designed to adapt to different uses. Each path leads to a firm, binding order upon validation of payment.
The customer is informed that once payment has been validated, the order is irreversible and cannot be modified or cancelled, the services being considered as immediately executed or in progress.
The Service Provider undertakes to process orders promptly within the following time slots:
Mail is then handed over to the postal services for delivery within France only. The average delivery time is three (3) working days. This time may vary according to transport conditions, busy periods or the logistical hazards of the carrier.
Tracking is automatically activated for tracked and registered letters. The customer receives a tracking number by e-mail and can consult the progress of the delivery at any time via his customer area.
Payment for services is made exclusively by credit card via a secure interface provided by an approved payment service provider. All transactions are encrypted in accordance with current standards. No banking data is stored or accessible by the Service Provider.
Payment is due in full upon validation of the order. In the event of transaction refusal, lack of authorization or payment failure, the order is automatically cancelled.
The prices indicated on the Site are firm and definitive, expressed in euros, all taxes included. No additional charges will be applied other than those expressly mentioned at the time of order validation.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of services fully executed before the end of the legal period of fourteen (14) days, provided that execution has begun with the express agreement of the Customer and his express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
The Customer is informed that by confirming his order and proceeding to payment, he accepts immediate execution of the service. This execution begins with printing, preparing the mail and delivering it to the carrier. In this regard, no withdrawal will be possible, even within minutes following payment.
The Customer expressly acknowledges this loss of right when confirming his order, which is also recalled in the order process.
In the event of a proven non-delivery, an obvious malfunction in the processing of the order or an error attributable to the Service Provider, the Customer may submit a claim electronically to the following address: relation-client@envoi-reco.com.
The request must be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the order date. It must include the e-mail address used to create the account, a precise explanation of the problem encountered, and any useful supporting documents (captures, copy of postal tracking, etc.).
Each request is examined individually. Full or partial reimbursement, return or compensation can only be granted in the event of a proven fault on the part of the Service Provider. No claim will be accepted if the non-delivery is due to a data entry error by the Customer or to a postal incident beyond the control of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is bound by an obligation of means in the performance of its services. It may not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the Customer or to a third party as a result of the use of the Site or of a defect in the service not attributable to a proven fault on the part of the Service Provider.
In particular, the Service Provider declines all liability:
The Service Provider does not offer any additional insurance or excess compensation.
In the event of returned mail (incomplete or inaccurate address, unidentifiable box, refusal, etc.), and if the sender has provided his or her postal details, the mail will be returned to the sender.
The Customer is solely responsible for the content of any mail sent, the legality of any comments or documents transmitted, and the use made of the Site's functionalities.
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Site is subject to a specific privacy policy, which can be consulted at any time via the link at the bottom of the page.

The Site publisher acts as a data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679).
Customers are informed that their data is processed for purposes strictly necessary for the execution of the services subscribed to (account creation, invoicing, dispatch, follow-up). No data is passed on to unauthorized third parties, and no data is transferred outside the EU without adequate safeguards.
The consent management platform used for cookies and tracers is Cookiebot. Customers can manage their preferences or withdraw their consent at any time via the management panel provided for this purpose.
All content on the Site - text, illustrations, graphical interfaces, algorithms, logos, databases, downloadable documents, software elements - is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international treaties.
Unless otherwise stated, these elements are the exclusive property of the publishing company or are the subject of a duly acquired operating license. No right of reproduction, exploitation, representation or extraction is granted to the Customer.
Any reproduction, even partial, on any medium whatsoever, for purposes other than the strictly personal and private use of the Customer, is strictly forbidden without the express written authorization of the rights holder.
Non-compliance with these rules constitutes an act of counterfeiting for which the perpetrator may be held civilly and/or criminally liable.
For any questions, requests for assistance or complaints relating to the use of the Site or the performance of a Service, the Customer may contact the support team at the following address: relation-client@envoi-reco.com.
The support team undertakes to respond to all requests within a maximum of one working day (D+1).
In the event of an ongoing dispute, the Parties agree to give priority to finding an amicable solution. Failing this, the Customer may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman appointed in accordance with Irish legislation, or take recourse to the competent courts.
These GTC are governed by Irish law, to the exclusion of any other legislation.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation, performance or validity, which could not be resolved amicably or by mediation, will be brought before the Irish courts territorially competent.
